With a little caution during the booking procedure, your airport transfer can be organized impeccably and pass with next to zero frustration. Here are some guidelines on how to use our online reservation system:

-    Choose the desired route. Before that please check the exact name of the destination you are going to. Sometimes, two places can have the same name and be located miles away one from another. To avoid complications you need to be absolutely sure where you need to go.

-    If you need a transfer from a certain destination to an airport, please be sure to select “other location” for the route you have selected – it determines the direction of your transfer.

-    Please note that the prices are per vehicle, not per person. Also, the prices on our web page are expressed in Euro, but you can choose to convert them into dollars or Croatian kunas.

-    Please fill out all the required fields. The details such as the flight number or city of departure are of essential importance to our personnel who will be organizing your transfer. It allows them to keep an eye on the flight schedule on the day of your arrival and to send the driver just in time to pick you up, even if your flight is delayed or arriving before the scheduled time.

-    Please fill out all the data of the lead passenger. Special attention must be paid to the e-mail address because to this address you will receive the confirmation of your booking, once it is successfully placed. This confirmation serves as a voucher and you can show it to the driver assigned to your transfer. Another important information is the mobile number of the lead passenger which is important for us to have in case of emergency.  

-    If you are a non-European client, please keep in mind that in Europe we use a 24 hour clock – instead of 2 12's - as in am and pm. If for you it’s still easier to use your system, please do not forget to mark the beginning or the end times with am/pm.

-    Please note that the journey time is only informative and it depends on the actual traffic and weather conditions on the day of your transfer. Therefore, if you depend on the transfer time to make connection to another flight, ferry or similar, take the stated time with due caution and always leave some extra time when making your plans.

-    If you are not sure about the pick-up time for your return transfer, do not worry – you can arrange it directly with our driver who is experienced and will be prepared to give you an advice on when to depart for the return to arrive to your destination safely and on time. Please re-confirm the time of pick-up with him.

-    Pay attention to special items offered in our booking form. If you need a child seat, why not make your child’s drive more secure? Also, larger items such as bicycles are charged extra for a reason, the driver may need some extra time to prepare the vehicle for your transfer, so please do not forget to select them when reserving your transfer.
