Terrific service: All was exactly as JAM claim for their service. However, our party of 8 was dropped at Madrid Airport for our return journey at the wrong terminal. We had, of course, trusted that the driver had all the relevant information. We had to take one of the airport transfer buses to the terminal used by Ryanair which took a further 10 minutes. We suspect that the driver knew exactly what he was doing.

We do not claim that we are perfect and that absolutely no errors can be made.
It is expected that something can go wrong when you provide this service to tens of thousands of people each year.
Please read Terms and Conditions carefully and if anything goes wrong take appropriate action. If one of the drivers tries to charge you for anything that is not stated in your confirmation, call us immediately and without delay.
Also please try to refrain from trying to claim refunds for things that you can't prove. Note that T&C clearly state that all matters will be solved in 28 days max. I remind you again that this is not a forum, so no correspondence can take place here. Please use our e-mail and phone numbers for that. We do not remove bad reviews. I booked a taxi from Split to Zadar airport and it did not turn up on time. There was some kind of accident on the road and driver got delayed. I'm happy to say that I've got my money back. No problems at all. Cheers!

I arrived at Madrid Barajas airport and waited for one hour and nobody showed up. I did not have any number to call because the number on my confirmation said it was an insurance company. I am still waiting for my credit.

The driver was 5 minutes late picking us up at the airport but apologized a lot and he was a terrific driver. He was only 5 minutes late, we would have not noticed had he not said it.
He was perfectly on time picking us up at the hotel for return to the airport.

Jam Transfer do what they promise, the taxi was at the airport when we arrived and brought us quick to our final destination. When we had to go back to the airport the taxi was in time at the harbor to pick us up.
